Issue:
Big cement culvert on Nicholas-Denys road. Lots of stabilizing rocks around the culvert. Man-made pool downstream of the culvert because of a small rock dam. Aquatic plants and algae are present.
Action Required:
The man-made rock dam should be removed to let the water flow freely.
