Issue:
Big waterfront property along the river, a gazebo was built on a cliff on the left bank. A private bridge crosses the river with an access trail to a sandy beach upstream from bridge.
Action Required:
The access road should be stabilized to prevent erosion. The bridge structure seems stable. In general, this property has been landscaped properly.
