Issue:
There is some erosion on some of the properties because of the absence of a buffer zone.
Action Required:
Reestablish the buffer zone with decorative bushes. Leave a strip of untouched vegetation along the river.

There is still sign of erosion along the bank there are places that have a buffer zone that with the time will help.
A couple meters from that site is a ATV trail crossing the water, sensitization to the community should be done to stop the water crossing.
