Issue:
This site has two cottages along the right bank. Both cottages are close to the river. An old ATV trail gives access to the river. There is moderate erosion on the right bank.
Action Required:
The eroded banks should be stabilized. It is relatively simple to restore a buffer zone because all you need to do is let nature take its course. The first step consists of simply not cutting the strip beside the water. Before long, natural vegetation will reclaim its rights and benefit your property. Shortly after that, shrubs and trees will take root.
