Issue:
Two cottages with a waterfront view. Tall lawn covers the right bank along the river. An old ford crossing is barely used on the property. Man-made rock dam in the river.
Action Required:
It is important to maintain the tall lawn that covers the right bank. The approach to a ford can be stabilized using clean crushed rock on top of a geotextile.
