Issue:
Cluster of cottages with a large open area within the buffer zone. Lots of camping trailers. Moderate erosion of the banks and water withdrawal. Dirt road gives access to the river. Across the access trail, there are two streams (Stephen brook and Lavigne brook) that end up in the Millstream.
Action Required:
Some signs of erosion are noticeable. Vegetation is very important in slowing the erosion process. Try not to remove any more vegetation in the riparian zone.
