Issue:
Camp on waterfront with a large opening on the river. Lots of vegetation in buffer zone. Man-made rock dam created a pool with a lot of sediments in the stream bed.
Action Required:
Remove the rock dam to let the water flow freely. It is important to maintain the buffer zone.
