Issue:
Really steep ATV trail, with a lot of water runoff, that crosses the river. There is also a wooden bridge besides the ATV crossing. Most ATVs cross in the river during low water season. During high waters, the stream is diverted into the ATV trail.
Action Required:
Assure the stability of the bridge. The banks around the bridge should be stabilized. Encourage the ATVs to use the bridge instead of crossing in the river by placing appropriate signs.
